Page Free Publishing Disappearing Royalties and Royalty Report Otsego Michigan

I published my first book Superperformance through PageFree Publishing in August of 2005. My book has been available through numerous outlets and I have no complaints about PageFree Publishing in this area. What I am concerned about is that there has been no royalty report or royalties sent to me in severa, years, even though my book has sold numerous copies, and royalties have been earned. The last report I received over 1 year ago shows that I should have received at least several hundred dollars in royalties from back in 2006! Nothing to date. Kim Blagg now blithely emails that 'she is involved in other projects' and I should contact 'Gary Blagg' whose pat answer has been 'our accountant will be in next week' and will be able to provide the answers you need. After several months of complaints and failure to respond by email or telephone, I see that I will have to write Lightning Source and Ingram with my complaints, and to discern the precise number of books that have been sold, as I cannot get a report from PageFree and have become increasingly distrustful that I would get an accurate count anyway. On top of this I have recommended other authors to PageFree, and now have been placed in the untenable position of have to retract my recommendation and seek legal action. I believe this is business is owned and operated by Kim Blagg and Gary Blagg.
