Pagefree Publishing Inc And Kim And Gary Blagg, Owners kept all my money: no proof, no book, no refund Otsego Michigan

I am in now in contact with over 20 other unhappy, upset pagefree authors. We are each taking our grievances forward in making complaints. I am very upset about unfair business practices with pagefree and particularly kim blagg, who represented this as a large company when it is really a mom and pop home based. Dr. fred another rip off complainant also said he was given a false impression also. KIm blagg refused to give me a signed contract from pagefree but insisted I sign and give her one. A year ago I was promised a book in 6-8 weeks for a conference I was attending...later Kim Blagg pointed out that her verbal promise to get my upfront money was contradicted by her contract, and basically meant nothing. I did not receive a proof in over a year...what I was given was shoddy, unprintable and yet she says she gave me 4 proofs. Upside down charts, chapters starting at the bottom of a page, one 2 page chart ending up taking 6-8 pages it was so poorly formatted. I agreed to more $ and was promised the proof in 10 days (now it was over 6 months). I never heard one word for over 6 additional months (now over a year). When I filed a BBB complaint I got a flurry of "your proof is now in production". I told Ms Blagg I was publishing elsewhere and I felt she was adversarial, unprofessional and not dependenable to work with. I asked for my marketing money to be returned (over $1500). Keep in mind I have never received a book so hardly can do any marketing. She said she would not refund any portion. Due to her dealys, excuses, negligence I have no book for over a year and she is also keeping my marketing money. Recently I got an email saying she had provided me with a website that is now over a year old and expired and that took up my pr money. She never uploaded any material for this non-existent website, she never discussed it with me. I know nothing about it. Don't you think if there had been a web site about my book I would have known? I am reporting them along with many others to the attorney general and the internet fraud site which works with the FBI. Join me if you feel ripped off.
