Pager Plus One Phone Theft Scam - I dropped off my I-phone 4S to be repaired and James said it would be about 1 hour. Ive now spent a week and 4 separate trips to their store trying to get my phone back and James has failed to show each and every time. Different excuses, drive over here and wait, I will meet you somewhere else, i will have someone else meet you, you were at the wrong location, they were in the back and didn’t hear you, they had to go somewhere, can you wait a little longer etc… this place is a scam and they will steal your phone. BEWARE.

Pager Plus One have had this phone for 10 days and are now not returning any texts, emails or phone calls. I am reasonable and have given them every opportunity to make this right even though they have shown a complete lack of professionalism and disregard for my time. If they needed 10 days to fix my phone that is all that needed to be said, its the lack of honesty and zero communication at all that has me reporting this to this website, the BBB, Ohio AGs office and CL for what it is fraud and theft. And for the record, I still just want my phone back.

Sounds like they may be stalling you to gain more time to repair your old phone. Heres a thought, how about WAIT to post until you have actually been stolen from.
