It's trying to charge me and it's sending me bills of 4440 dollars for unknown reasons...I swear that I don't owe that to them for an At&t wireless account. I have never had any accounts with AT&T. Please help me!!!anybody!!!
They also have charged me the double amount of what I owe from a Discover Card account that stopped contacting me 5 years ago. Now they're gonna take me to court about it and want me to pay 5 G's when I only spent 3500. Also I know that they bought my account from Discover card from a lot less than that!!!! I have no money...and so much debt, and this collection company it's doing all this...without nobody doing anything! they should go to jail for making peoples lifes a hell.

There are two wonderful gentlemen on this site that will tell you how to fight these low lifes. I, in all of my wisdom, tried to take the high road with these people (not knowing any better) ane they have made my life HELL ever since. I owed a dbt from years ago for 1500, they turned it into a judgement for 3000+ interest that still accumulates. Although I made a payment agreement, they conveniently don't post my payments until AFTER the due date, take me to court for garnishments (I've already won twice since following ROR), and even misapplied payments in an attempt to take me back to court again. The local judge is getting tired of seeing us in her courtroom for the nonsense that they pull, which is to my advantage.
Get validation of that debt, make them PROVE that you owe them the money that they are claiming, show up in court and fight them! Don't be a nice person like I tried to be. Now, I'm stuck with these people, but I'm smart enough now to make them follow through on the agreements that have been reached. No longer will I sit down and just go along for the ride. Once you have one judgement or payment agreement against you, the slime will ooze from the woodwork.
Steve, step in here and do what you're so very good at! With his advice, I've INvalidated 4 seperate claims from collectors that thought I was a pushover. Good Luck, and keep up the good fight!!
