my cousin has friends in that area i can get someone to go out there... i dont know your mother never said anything about your mother.. i was told by joy with her own mouth and pictures posted on her site and pictures she emailed me from that litter, what dogs came from my line that cream liver was one of them I Got My Daisy Dukes On that dog is posted right now on her site and joys son bred that dog so are you saying joy is your mom? you have the dog and she is advertising she has it????

Sonia i wasnt trying to stir anything up or upset you any my mom does not have any dogs that she is breeding that are related to any of your bloodlines just to clerify between me and you. the only dog we have that we breed that is in question is the cream liver which is my dog and i was just wanting others to be aware that it was not my moms dog it is mine. if it would ease your mind we dont have any problems letting someone come pull DNA on any of our dogs we breed there is nothing to hide the cream livers mother was givin to me when i was still in middle school and was my first shihtzu and she was the last littler we had out of her and i kept the cream liver out of here to replace her with. Again not trying to stir the pot just trying to clerify to others that might go on here. your more then welcome to have someone come pull DNA just one request afterwards when the DNA does not match an apology is issued to my mom she works hard to keep a good name and raise healthy quality pups. im sure you would want the same if someone said the same things about you.

i cannot believe the language this sonia uses it is very appualing to me and  i believe most anyone that would read this. i am the owner of the cream liver that sonia states is out of hers.the mother of the cream liver was givin to me while i was still in middle school from a member of the church which we attended because the owner was moving and could not keep her. years before we ever had any contact with sonia and the mother of the cream liver was one of the sweetest dogs you would ever find and the cream liver was one of the last pups i had out of her mother becuase i retired her after that because of age and had her fixed so she could become a house dog. this pup was out of my very first shihtzu and that is why i have tried to keep her bloodlines because her pups carry that same temperment that she did. it has absolutley zero relation to any of sonia's dogs

i understand that i can keep the dog i have had in my possession but will loose her AKC PRIVILAGES. i also am giving up any and all rights to any litters this female has had and give full ownership to any litteras i have had with this female TR4922402 over to TRISHA PACHECO.

i am sending TRISHA PACHECO the litter registration puppy applications that i have for litter TR657131 date of litter july 5 2007 number of puppies 4 over to TRISHA PACHECO and give up all my CO-OWNERSHIP rights to this litter...


so now let me get this straight what you did is after all this stuff was send to akc and they(AKC) cancealed the litter and your full rights to the dog i sold to your daughter and all the pups she ever had. you had a phone call from someone who blows d**k at AKC and they got you full rights back and then let you file for AKC rights to a pup from that litter and you then went on to get papers on pups with new litters  OH OH WAIT then your daughters dog that was fixed one year after i sold her, the same dog after she forged papers to get rights she had litters with that dog DIED at an early age funny she didnt die when you had a litter of border collie or some crap with her the first time but then im suppost to get paid pick of litter on a 2nd time...OH WAIT THERES MORE!!! then after that the pup you kept has a litter with now BLOW JOB AKC PAPERS and now dies too AND IM THE ONE WITH THE BAD LINE??? ummmmm funny 25 years of breeding 10 breeders in my club a line of OVER AND READ MY f**kEN LIPS OVER 60+ years and now one time did i have a problem?? not saying it cant happen becouse im not one of those that brags but you know what lady if i was you i would leave this alone and dont poke s**t with a stick becouse IM NOT ONE TO BE f**kED WITH i have no problem getting a lawyer to sue you and AKC so please back off and go tell your story to some stupid people becouse only people who are MEDICATED will listen and believe you and PS i am posting this on FACE BOOK TOO!! we all need a good laugh

I tried to work with this lady on getting the papers on my puppy I agreed on giving her a pick of the liter when she had puppies but she started demanding 600 dollars and I was not giving her money thats not what we agreed on so I registered my puppy with apr. This lady threatened me for two years with emails, phone call and posting this and at first she had posted the check I gave her to pay AKC for registering puppy which had all my banking information on it and I had to close my account and open new one because it took days to get this site to remove this information from site,I finally took email and answering machine to my police department and let them listen to calls and read emails. They contacted this lady and told her if she contacted me again there would be charges filed on her. This has been over a year ago but this will be on here forever unless I pay 2000 dollars. It is funny someone contacted me after reading what she wrote and after I explained the whole story she knew someone from akc and i received the papers on my girl Christmas 3years ago but she died when she had a liter of puppies because the puppies??, had took all the calcium from her body and vet could not save her but I had one puppy I raised which is the love of my life she will never be breed because I feel there is something wrong with this bloodline because my daughters dog died too from a heartache at a very young age

to your coment of fraud its funny me posting the trust is criminal them forging registration papers isnt ?or maybe claiming your a pastor and doing what your doing is better? we hired a lawyer its all on them now let the court decide!!!

I have bought two dogs from Joy, and I find it appalling that someone would post checking information on a public site.  Do you not realize that it is against the law, and charges can be filed for posting personal financial information that is not your own?  I believe that this would actually be a federal charge. I hear jail is not fun!  Whoever did this may want to reconsider what they post on the internet.
