PAKMAIL Liliana Cervantes , Liandra G. Sapien-Perez , PAKMAIL036 - Overcharge Scam Never trust their words COVINA California

 I have an online company in NJ and I won an online auction and got some electronic items for $560. However i realized that i did not know i could not send ups to pick my stuff so i had to work with 3rd party people who does it for you. I asked them a price to pick from Sante fe , Ca  and ship to NJ from CA and they said everything would be between 225-$400. i was like i will get scammed but already paid for the items so i had to get them. She said that pick up will be free since its only few minutes away from them. So this charge would be for packing and shipping. Items had to be pick up by Tuesday and i had someone would be there on Wednesday. Then instead of having them ship, i could have friend to pick them from their place and he could sell and make money. So all they needed to was pick the item from 5 minutes away. I called Lilly and she said that since she will only be picking the items and not packing and shipping , it would be between 75-$150 on the phone. Then everything was done and she said she is charging me $240 . When i ask this question to her, she told me to discuss with the company. 

Here is the way she defends herself . Perfect scam! She says she said it would cost 225 to $400 at the beginning. Pick up 240+ $ 110 for packing + $60 for shipping. I AM pretty confident THAT 99% of people would think this is overcharge. Even $150 was overcharge but i would be ok with it since it's better than having them pack and ship and lose all the profit.

You were picking it for free and charGing 225-400 for packing and shipping.  

Note: All items were small size and only 11 pieces . 

My suggestion to people is that stay away from this people for your business or you must agree on certain amount no matter how many excuses they give you. 

It was my first PAKMAIL experience and Will never ever do business with any of PAKMAIL office.
