Palisades Acquisition Xvi Llc I Live in State of Georgia, This Fraud Company sued against me in New York, Englewood Cliffs New Jersey

I Live in State of Georgia,I vote here,i work here,my kids go to school here,in 2007 this company named Palisades from NJ started to harrass me about credit card account i have no knowledge about,i sended them 2 cirtified letter stated my address and basicaly wrote them about that i am disputing this account,

to my shock i found in Aug 2008,that they have Judgement against me in Suffolk County Court NY..i immidiatly contacted NY Court and told Court personal that i live in Georgia,i never lived in suffolk county NY in my life,i dont know the address what shows on judgement papers,i never received any summon or letter from anybody,NY court mailed me show cause papers which i filed with instruction and also i sended all my ID my job papers that i live here in Georgia not in NY..,

and in oct 2008 NY court Dissmissed the case... another shocking event took place when this fraud company started to garnish my pay check..i contacted my payroll dept(i work for big company and they told me that there policy is any court judgement from any state they start sending 10 to 15 percent check to company..they are wrong..they never checked address on judgement..i live in GA and judgement from NY..dont make sense..

now they have the dissmissed court papers and they said they will stop)...another shoking and fraud this company commited that my judgement they put in my wife credit report..i contacted EQUIfax and they removed the fraud charges from my wife credit report..week after again my judgement apear on Equifax credit report...this fraud and bogus tactics this company using is so horable,so illigal,me and my wife English is not very good,but we will fight..

i will send all these papers to FTC..i belive on justice,somewher somebody will teach lesson to this fraud company..I have all original papers,all cirtified receipt,all letter copies to prove my case..dissmissed notice i received from NY has stamped word"not to be published on internet"i dont know what that mean..i work hard to support my family..i will not give my hard earn money to these fraud people..if some body know how to handle these problem please ..let us know ...Thank You
