the above mentioned company said i had a balance from a 1993 home phone account with verizon. i believe at that time i was not even a verizon customer. i used at&t. i called and spoke to a phone rep regarding the matter as was told to send a dispute letter if i was not going to pay. however their claim has shown up on my credit report causing citicards to lower my existig accounts limit.
