Jeopardizing the Public's Trust is of concern child support division. Have you recently obtained a copy of your pay history. My experience is that there was no open case with DOR/CSE while I made years of payments. Payments went to the Disbursement Unit as directed by court order. It was learned after DOR/CSE case was opened that funds mailed over an extensive number of years disappeared. The non-custodial parent claims they never received it. My receipts speak for themselves and the law firm representing the state on this matter Pickett, Marshall and Rozenson refuse to accept the receipts as proof of payments. They never informed the court that 2 of their 3 attorneys represented me in the past and that there is a conflict of interest. 

Imposed actions of this government agency include suspension of RN license, threats against Driver's license, tax return intercepts, passport denial and other financial damages.

 The question is where is the funds paid and who got it? Why is the money orders sent as proof not investigated for who signed for them? Why is the court/law firm allowed to cost the wronged person thousands of dollars to prove what they know requires an internal investigation of their staff? Embezzlement of funds was leveled against a Palm Beach County clerk of court for stealing more than $27,000 in 2017. 

I implore all paying parents who keeps getting letter of claimed owed funds to get a copy of their pay history and take action. Federal cases need to be opened against this government entity.

The worse thing about this case is that lawyers in this court system can target litigants and ensure they are made to expend funds un-necessarily to obtain legal representation in a futile effort at resolving matter. Amazingly these former attorneys ensured their connections in the court with judges and other attorney served their intentional and sick plans to teach a lesson to me simply because of jealousy and hate. I terminated the services of a lawyer named Terese A. Pike and she enjoined the assistance of another former lawyer named Lee Levenson who proudly disclosed this plan of theirs.

There is no justice in Palm Beach and any attempt to expose the truth has been blocked by the connections within the county.

Of interest is if there are any other experiences of missing funds and to seek legal representation to get an investigation opened. These missing funds are detrimental to the non-custodial through actions taken but deprived the child(ren) of monies meant for them. Disgraceful, inexcusable and criminal.

I also have court order written where lines are drawn through and written over with whatever whomever wanted to fill in. This is not how courts work. This is Federal offenses.
