Palm View Apartments ripoff if they come fix anything it is not done right or they won't come at all Saint Petersburg Florida

Palm view apts in south side st petersburg sucks. With in two years 2 hot water main pipes has broke. We have been without hot for about 1 wk and then they tore our bathroom apart and made mess which I had to clean up. Our carpets are ruined cause the water heater was leaking so they stuck a big blower to dry our carpet. The house smelled like crap and one of their workers stole items from our home.

The second time when our hot water pipe broke it was the kitchen that the tore apart. Tthe stove, cabinets and the floor was gone. It took over a lil bit over a wk but I had concrete dust all over my stuff. I had to clean up the mess they left behind again. My cabinets are not complete and I have pots sitting along the wall in the dining room.

To add to that the water heater was leaking. So I call and say my water heater is leaking again. They ask how do you know. I told them cuz my carpet is wet.

These idots didn't even call the carpet cleaning company to suck the water out of our carpets. So I had to take of that myself.

Palm view has a new manager and he is really crapy too. I would like to let everyone not to move in to the palm view complex at all. They do not care about their customers at all. And I call to remind them that my kitchen is not complete. It has been over 3 months no one came yet to finish my cabinets. I pay 544 every month to live in hell!! AVOID PALM VIEW APTS ON 54TH S. RIGHT NEXT TO BANK OF AMERICA!!!
