I ordered a T-shirt from Palmercash in August and after about 3 weeks I sent an email to their customer service to report that I have not received the merchandise. I promptly received an email from "Rachel" saying the item has been shipped and should arrive shortly. Well, it has been over 2 months and I still have not received the Tshirt and no word from Palmercash after repeated email request to notify me of the status of my order.
Oh, and they have the nerve to keep sending me emails announcing their new arrivals!! Can someone tell me where I can purchase the tshirt " The dude abides" (not PalmerCash)? I want to give it as presents for a few of my friends.

I am an employee of PalmerCash.com. I am sorry that anyone may have had issues with us in the past. We try very hard to respond to all emails, answer all phone calls, respond to all messages. However some do slip through the cracks. I will resolve any complaints if they will just email me again at customerservice@palmercash.com or call our 800 number. Again I do apologize for any problems anyone out there has had.
