I thought I was helping out a local college girl win a trip to somewhere nice and also renewing a couple magazines in the process. That was back on October 1, 2003. And now here it is February 7, 2004 and I'm getting renewal warnings from my present magazines that I thought I had renewed for 2 years!
Well even though it was only $40.00, we got ripped off, by Amy Beasly, if that's even her real name, and the Palmetto Marketing Inc. I had to obtain their phone number via the internet because there is no number on my reciept. And they have yet to answer and have no means of leaving a message.
So please beware and DO NOT buy any magazines from anybody knocking at your door unless you know them personally. I got suckered and don't want anybody else to do the same.
