Palmetto Marketing Inc ripoff Customer Non Service & Slow processing Pompano Beach Florida

Called them, said it would be until Jan or Feb for my subcription. Also out of Coral Springs Florida

I bought a magazine subscription, Jane, in beginning of October 2002 from a Mr. Tim Leibham, account number on receipt: 3697768, total sale was $29.96. I paid via check, of course. I called the company today when I thought about the subscription because it had been a while. Want to CALL them? The phone number is: 954-341-8135 if any consumer should need it.

I spoke to a "Cher" on the phone when I called and requested information and she told me it would take until Jan or Feb until I would receive the magazine even though they have CASHED my check?! I have been reading consumer reports about this company so I am suspious. I called Cher back and told her about all the bad publicity so I demanded to know WHEN I would receive my magazine and not some rough estimate, etc...

I will be on the look out for this magazine. I hate a liar and if this company does proceed to rip me off and I never receive the proper subscription I ordered in October, I will be heard at my Congressman's office as well as Better Business Bureau. I will keep your site up-to-date and I will continue to keep my eye on this company.

I will not put up with any more door-to-door sales from this company in my neighborhood, I will call the police from this point forward. I want to thank all of you for reporting your cases against Palmetto Marketing, Inc. and I will keep you informed as well.
