Pama Management Company, La Pama Management Company Pama does'nt know what most of the propery they supposedly manage looks like or what condition they're in. Nor do they they know the Tenants Rights. Illegal Immigrants do they're dirty work Elmonte California

I leased this house in 1981. 3 other houses (on 10 acres) around me were owned by the same person.
In 2004 the properties the 10 acres was sold and Pama took over the Management. The property manager assigned to this property could not speak english and knew nothing about the Landlord/Tenants Rights and Responsibilities so I send my rend directly to Pama in El monte.

I have stack of letters That I have sent to Pama on problems regarding, plumbing, termites, rats and mice, and structural damage. I have spent hundreds of dollars on repairs they are responsible for and was threatened eviction when I sent in receipts.

One House next to me(also managed by Pama) was "Red Tagged" (condemned) earlier this year. Pama sent out some Illegal Immigrant to gut the place and then paint the front and add new windows to make it look like it was some habitable structure.

With the inside still gutted they allowed 6 mobile homes to move in with no concrete slabs or sanitation hook ups,water or electricity. They have also modified a feed barn by stuccoing the outside and let illegal Immigrants live in it.

Pama is violating every code from "Health, Building, Safety and every other code.

I also Know that I'm not the only one have these problems with Pama. The Manage several different housing and apartment complexes around Southern California.

They do not deserve to be in business. They put too many peoples lives in jeopardy.

The only letters I've received from Pama was about the rent being raised.
