I ordered the product after going form Oprah's web site. I should of known better. Received the product after agreeing to pay the shipping and handling. I used the product and it made me sick. Since they sent no information with the product I had no way to contact them, so I went to my American Express statement and looked up the charge and mailed a letter to the Colorado Springs address and cancelled. They then billed me 79.95 after I mailed the letter. Then on the 12th of January mailed me product and another bill. I wrote them again since I have not phone number. I have now disputed the charges with American Express. Oprah or whomever should not endorse panalabs or acaislim or a company called regnet. I may end up cancelling my American Express account to just get rid of these people. This is a terrible scam and AX should pull their merchant number.
