Panda Research is a website that offers individuals the opportunity to fill out surveys in order to make money for every survey they successfully complete. Those surveys are then provided to respective businesses, and are produced as leads for that business' product or service. The success of Panda Research is evident through the boasting of over $2,000,000 dollars paid to individuals completing surveys.

Leads for Panda Research are primarily generated through online searches and through the marketing company A&A Marketing Inc. Interested individuals can go to Panda Research's website and be thoroughly informed of what they have to offer. This information incudes what type of surveys they offer, various coupons and discounts individuals can obtain through their services, as well as the ability to sign up to start completing surveys for free.


When asked to address the complaints on Ripoff Report's website Nina Narang explained that some individuals become confused by the payment method of Panda Research. Panda Research will always be happy to explain how to appropriately view the money they have accrued through using the service. Originally there was a category titled 'viewed' which would showcase the pending money in their account. This would often lead to confusion, and now that category has been retitled 'pending'. This change has helped with the confusion on this matter. Ms. Narang stated the following about the reputation of her company, "my website just provides them a list of the service, a list of the different kind of offers available in the market, which I go to the different advertisers to get...I had to gain my reputation for that first otherwise no one will give me those offers."

Panda Research THEY DON'T PAY Rutland, Vermont

I recently received a promo form this people & started filling there surveys.
After accumulating over $150 dollars they post only $16 as approved.
There payment policy says that they wont pay unless you have a balance over $50

But listen to this:
One of the surveys was for EQUIFAX, so they ask for my credit card info so they can check my identity, guest what, EQUIFAX charged me $14.95, yes and now I need to wait until they cancel my subscription.

It is very important that Panda Research and it's employees should be ashamed!

Completely different approaches to the problems panda research members have!  The rebuttal from the Panda Research employee is not "typical" of any responces I have received to my questions and complaints via their website.  I have submitted several tickets about not receiving credit for surveys complete.  Regardless of the question or complaint, the typical automated response from panda research will be;

(PANDA)  Hello. Welcome to Panda Research. It is very important to review the terms and conditions along with the FAQ (frequently asked questions) page as they explain the rules and answer many questions.

Please review the following information, as we hope this will help you in understanding the process.

Once you have finished “both the Product Evaluation and the Survey” and the sponsor approves it and informs us of the approval, then your account will be updated from “Viewed” to “Approved’ status.

Approvals “usually take a minimum of 2 days, and up to a maximum of 7 business days to get approval from the advertiser “if all the requirements have been completed”(weekends don’t count as approval days). (cont.)     BLAH BLAH BLAH

You can fill out and complete them as many times as you want, but the payout will be credited only once in your account.

Surveys are given by the advertisers for a limited period of time, as surveys that were clicked on but never completed and verified will expire when the survey is no longer being offered and go into the rejected tab at the bottom of the "account status" tab.

If you feel you have completed a survey and it is not showing as Approved yet, please send us an attachment only of the confirmation email or confirmation page sent by our advertiser to you, so we can go back to the advertiser and ask for approval for credit. The Print Screen tab,(prt scr) located above the backspace tab on a keyboard works well in making attachments.- press it once when the page you want to copy is on the screen, as it makes an image in memory; then paste into a word document and save it as a file and attach the file to a ticket.

(me) I have attached and completes all the requirements, blah alh blah, here is proof, yadda yadda. Where is my money

We have sent this to the account manager to review and will reply to you when a response is received...........................

SOOOOO  you wait and wait and wait! and then your follow up emails are  ignored and then wait some more!

Did I forget to mention! At this point the concern/complaint "ticket" you started is marked as a closed ticket !

For the credit report, there is a 7 day free trial period for that survey that you would need to cancel within that trial period to not be billed. Please see the terms below:

"Every time a new survey is clicked on, it will show up as a PENDING status.  Once both the Product Evaluation and the Survey are finished and the sponsor approves it and informs us of the approval, then the account will be updated from Pending to Approved status.  

Please note that just signing up  does not mean all the requirements have been completed for credit.

The minimum payout threshold of $50. must be in Approved status before  a payment  can be requested.We have a email Support Ticketing system where members can ask questions and receive answers to help them along.

We respond to every email ticket within 3 business days.
