I purchased tablets for each of my kids last charismas. Due to price alone, I went with PanDigital tablet. Some say you get what you pay for; in this case, I would say I did not even get that.

The systems were slow, but I did not expect a lot form them. One by one the screens broke. I tried multiple times to reach the manufacturer and never was able to reach them. I tried searching online to find a repair facility and only found people with the same frustration as I had systems with cracked screen that I could not repair.

I contacted PanDigital directly (Email, due to the fact that no one would answer the phone) and I did receive a response:

I figured, great how hard will it be to provide a repair facility, location maybe even the extra mile of what the cost should be (check Apples service model).

Thank you for contacting PanDigital Customer Support regarding your PanDigital device.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist in repairing or replacing your unit as damage from a broken screen is something that is not covered under warranty. Similarly, we do not have any repair facility or replacement parts for our products so we are unable to assist you even for a nominal fee. You can try taking your unit to a local computer repair store to see if they can further assist you in repairing your device.

NO way to repair... this is just a disposable, garbage product. Once it is broken, it is no-longer able to be repaired. They can't provide parts, there is no repair facilities and they themselves provide no service paid for or not.

Further the fact that you can never receive a live person, they provide no service other then the email stating they provide no service. No parts, no repair no service.

PanDigital is unfit for retail market. They create landfill products that waste resources, waste technology, provide no support, and do not back their products.
