PangeaProcessing.com guarantees 100% customer satisfaction or your money back at the top of their website, which is a lie.

They mislead the public to believe they are ordering medication on line, but they simply charge the consumer $37.85 a month for the privilege of viewing on the internet a list of companies that actually do offer this service. Once I realized this was the case (and before I ever ordered any medication)I cancelled my membership and demanded a refund. After months of almost daily communication via email, on two separate occasions, they stated a refund had been issued to my credit card. That was not true.

Obviously, since I did NOT use their services (because of 100% dissatisfaction with their questionable services), by their (false) advertising, I was entitled to a refund. Now they claim "the bank that processed the transaction is holding funds that are due to us. There is nothing they can do."

This is the most ridiculous excuse for not issuing a refund I've ever seen. It appears to be a classic case of consumer Rip Off.
