Pantheon ripoff fraudulent no service no refund total liars Miami Florida

I nearly didn't even get a machine. When my lawyer mailed a certified letter to Alan Glaubman (the alleged former president of Pantheon), it was returned - stating 'No Forwarding Address'.

When we sent the second letter demanding a refund, the machine was sent promptly. When we again demanded a refund, we were told to contact their lawyer. They were obviously stalling for time, as the lawyer they referred us to does not represent them.

About a month later, we received a letter from another lawyer, he offered $4100 in exchange for the machine. That hardly makes up for the $19,980 I already sent Pantheon, it would barely cover my legal fees. At any rate, I have my doubts about the offer since Pantheon's 800 number is no longer valid and the web site is gone.

I don't know if the machine will work, it didn't come with any instructions, it didn't even come with keys. I contacted the 'appropriate' government agencies in Florida, and I was informed that there are quite a few of us that have been taken by Pantheon - but they don't hold out much hope for ever recouping the money.

It's a shame they didn't go after them months ago, when they were still at their physical address. Our money, and the people who ran Pantheon, are probably off-shore now.
