Panther recruiters will promise you the world, but they're nothing but a scam. Don't fall for their bs. They expect all their drivers to pay for their own fuel, and say they will pay you $1.20 per mile. The leasing company that owns the truck keeps between 40-80% of that money. What they don't tell you is that they don't pay the ACTUAL miles. Only the mileage that their computer tells them it should be. So, you might drive 500 miles for a load, but only get paid for 300. They don't take into account bypassing roads that have weight and clearance restrictions, driving to truck stops, detours, etc. After working there for 2 whole weeks, I called to find out how much money I had made, and they informed me that I was $800 in the negative! Maybe if I owned my own truck it might have been different, but if you plan on leasing a truck, forget it. You won't make any money. You'll just end up going deeper into debt and wasting your time.

I 100% agree Panther is a JOKE!! My husband and I were owner ops, we stayed in the Negitive the more loads we run the more we would not make a paycheck.. We were promised bonuses that did not exsist on payday. Can not blame it on advances because we never got advances.. They will charge you for every little thing that they can get away with just so you are basically making them money and your going broke.. We worked for Fleet owners there also before becoming an Owner Op and Panther has them wrapped tightly round their fingers also it is like it is a group thing to rip a driver off.. 3 and half years with them all together and i will say WORST Liars I have ever seen in my life... I would NEVER recommend this Company to even a BUM walking the streets.... My advice to ANYBODY do not GO HERE for a JOB!! You will not get anywhere with this Company. The ONLY thing you will get with this company is HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE , STRESS, AND YOU WILL STAY BROKE!!

Just Google Panther Expedited Reviews and click on the top site. 13% Approval Rating is pretty bad. Nearly every review tells horror stories about Panther, not to mention the multi-million dollar class action suit which they settled out of court recently for cheating drivers of what they owed them. My attitude is just fine, don't blame me if you don't want to hear the truth. You'll find out how they are before long. Count on it.

Panther Expedite is a great company to work with. The recuiters, dispatch and driver relations are awesome. I honestly do not think you gave them enough time, we have been with them for going on 4 months and making really good money and we are a owner operated. We have never been in the negative. If you had an issue maybe it was because you had a nasty attitude with the ones that are there to help you. You get a lot further with sugar than with salt. I'm thinking it was you and not the company...every driver that we have talked to has given some great advice and talk great about the company.
I recommend joining the panther time...you can make great money!
