My family used to live at Wynn Palms we were residents for 3 years until we were robbed, It was a home invasion. We found out that there is an actual Burglary ring and drug dealers living and working in Wynn Palms Apartments in different sections of the apartments. Over 21 robberies were reported and documented all in Wynn Palms Apartments.!! We decided to move because of safety concerns. Before moving out the manager Paola threatened my family. She told us that she would give us a bad reference so that we would not be able to rent an apartment anywhere else and that she would "make us pay." We recorded and documented the threats she made towards us and also filed a complaint with the BBB against Wynn Palms. The threats happened in May 2012 a week before we moved out.

The office also put a fake eviction notice on our door saying we did not pay our last month of rent when we did and we even had our receipt and proof the money was paid out. We had to go into the office and show them a copy of our receipt! The lazy people in the office didn't even cash the check!

I recieved a call from Sentry Recovery Collections Agency about a 350 cleaning bill from Wynn Palms Apts. I was suspicious because we never recieved a bill in the mail at our new address and we were never notified of a bill AT ALL. Sentry Collections said I owed 350 because I didn't pay my landlord the cleaning expenses after moving out. I moved out a month and 9 days ago and Wynn Palms apartment management has never sent me any bill or called me even though I gave them my new forwarding address when I turned in the keys. They (apartment management) also never asked me to do a walk through on move out day. I told the collector to send me the bill and I will pay it but he refused to send me the bill. I asked him why can't he send me the paper bill and he said that he doesn't have to. Then I called the Wynn Palms apartment manager Paola and asked her why would they use a collection agency without sending me the bill first and all she said is that I have to call the collection agency and talk to them. Both parties were very rude and nasty and this seemed malicious and deliberate. It made no sense that they REFUSED to tell me why they NEVER mailed me a bill!

Then I remembered, before moving out of Wynn Palms apts. The office manager Paola made threats towards me and my husband and told us she would give us a bad reference so that we would not be able to rent anywhere else and she threatened to "make us pay." I know this was done deliberately to try to destroy my credit because I was NEVER mailed a bill and no one would explain why they never mailed me a bill. And Paola the Wynn Palms manager threatened us while we spoke to her in her office before we moved out. And we were threatened by Sentry Recovery. Paola the Wynn Palms manager deliberately chose not to mail us the 350 bill so that we could go into collections and have our credit damaged. There is no excuse for this, Paola the manager of Wynn Palms Apartments could have mailed the bill to our forwarding address, she DID have it and she did not mail the bill!

This was malicious and deliberate and I know this was done to us because of the threats Paola made to us before we moved out.

We are considering filing a lawsuit, all of this did not have to happen, they simply could have mailed the bill to our address WHICH THEY REFUSED TO DO.

Avoid Wynn Palms, there is a burglary ring and drug dealers living in the apartments and management does not care, they only want to put ANYBODY in the apartments so they can make profit. They do not care about residents safety and well being. 

In a juvenile attempt to try to make us look bad, the ignorant, malicious actions of Paola Wynn Palms Apartments has been exposed and it is SHE and the low-life company she works under that looks bad.
