Consumer beware! Papadakus is a Freud Don't give them a deposit they will not refund you for any reason!

Shop around for a reasonably priced photographer. There are many at more than half the price that will not try to rush you into a cancelled spot and keep your deposit. Also beware about false claims or connections and distribution as well. They are merely corner picture peddlers!

From the beginning our company has committed itself to producing the highest quality work for our clients while always providing the best in experience and service. We have never wavered from attempting to do both. Our dedication is untiring from the moment a client walks through our studio doors. And it is that very commitment which has resulted in our success through the years and the clients who continue to allow us to serve them.

Our clients vary from National Advertising and Commercial accounts to parents and grandparents who want photographs of their children, from actors and models, to museums and celebrities; from individuals who travel from and throughout the country to people who will book our studio yearly and sometimes twice yearly; from persons who have been referred by our current clients to others with gift certificates or internet searches. All of them are treated with the highest care and provided the best in photography that our studio can provide.

Our clients are first consulted via phone when we will answer questions and pinpoint their needs and wants. Certain shoots require deposits and it is clearly stated and explained, due to the large amounts of time allotted for these shoots. In this case, Fran booked an entire day.

Each year we have hundreds of satisfied clients. People who go out of their way to call, write and visit to express their appreciation for our work and service. Daily, we receive letters of gratitude for our studio and our staff. This does not happen by accident. This happens because of our commitment to our clients and to our company.

Fran was made aware of our policies when she came into the studio to give her non-refundable shoot deposit. Fran specifically came to the studio to discuss the shoots for her sons, also wardrobe, costs and chose to give her non-refundable deposit to book her appointment. Fran booked an entire day after calling her husband to consult and verify the date and to discuss the costs. Fran insisted that she needed to book her appointment time soon, and wanted to guarantee the date and give the non-refundable booking deposit. She could have easily waited, however, she chose to book the time and pay the non refundable deposit to book the shoot. She additionally asked that we reschedule an existing shoot that we had already booked for the day she wanted. She was told several times that once the day is booked for her, it is dedicated to her and is completely Nonrefundable. Additionally, Fran signed her receipt stating no refunds all sales final.

Fran clearly understood the terms. There is no refund due.

11/2010 Fran from Cary IL washastily lured into a$500 deposit for each of her 12-Year old triplet boys by a manipulative and persistent woman namedDebra. On the bottom of the printed VISA receipt, it said"NO REFUNDS" in very small print.

Of course, they kept the $1500and would not refund it after she cancelled the next day. WATCH OUT they arethe most over priced, deceptive and manipulative studio in the area! We went to a competitor in the Crystal Lake area and they only chargedus $400 for the exact same service and printing copies.

They are NOT connected to the industry as they portray. Avoidthis strange and selfish PAPADAKIS in the Chicago Area they will sell you fameand urgency for a nice size deposit,and try to keep you coming back for more. Beware!
