Paper Guys, owned and operated by Jamie Malcom and Brian Murphy have recontracted a Moab- young-el to con customers into signing up for a "free subscription " to the Philadelphia inquirer to receive a $10 gift card

they ask for 2 forms of ID one of which must be a credit card which they don't tell they are charging customers for this alleged free subscription

this charge has accumulated over 250 overdrafts to customers in the last 6 weeks and the gift cards they are handing out are not activated

 

when confronted they are violent and very defensive about being caught in thier shenanigans 

 Here is Moab being questioned by the police
