Paradigm Acceptance Ripoff, Drafted money from my account without permission for something I didnt want Hampton Virginia

Paradigm Acceptance Compay looked like a Godsend for a new High School graduate. I Couldnt get financed through Gateway Computers themselves since I had no credit so they contacted Paradigm for me.

I had the trademark message left on my answering machine saying I was approved for credit. I called them back and talked to Regina Armstrong, as well as Melissa something and another girl by the name of Andrea Morris.. went over the info and the payment plan details. I agreed to sign up and they said I could configure my own computer how ever I wanted it (or atleast it sounded like it).

The initial downpayment of $98.00 for the Desktop I wanted was to come out of my checking account when I filled out and returned the paper work... Well they just took the $98.00 out and I called to fin out if I could have a different PC than the one they offered in the paper work and they said absolutely not!

So I cancelled becasue I didnt want the generic PC they offered me and totally were overcharging $2,325.92!!! Then they checked to see if they had charged me the $98.00 and they said they did and it was non-refundable and to have a nice day and hung up!

I am on a tight budget and $98.00 really hurt me. I need my money back!
