OMG...what a nightmare. blew a tire pulled over on hwy. called paragon for assistance. gave exact location multiple times yet "bob" could not figure it out. Had a police officer try to talk with him and he hung up. We tried calling back 4 times and got voicemail everytime. ended up having to use a tow truck driver provided by the police that cost me $165 that paragon refuses to reimburse.

Bob ended up canceling my membership w promises of reimbursement. Bob is the ONLY person answering phones. what kind of nationwide service has 1 person answering phones?

This is a scam operation... read some of the other rip off reports about 3 hr waits and 9 calls later for a tow.

BBB is being contacted next.
