I have been trying to get my $25,000 in escrow money back from Paragon Properties & the attorney for them: Attorney Charles Neustein since 2005. They have never produced the lot that I was contracted to buy and they have lied to me for years since putting me off....as others that I have read about on "RIPOFF REPORT"...same scenerio. Do NOT get involved with them they are not reputable. If there is anyone that has a class action suit against them please let me know so we can ban together and get our money back! I started over 3 years ago. I made a deposit , tried to get it back with no luck. Then I piad off the balance because a snake of a sales guy told me it would speed things up and I could get going. That was the dumbest thing I've ever done. I've been lied to about time frams and the bottom line is this is the builders fault and they need to own it and refund people due to a mis-rep in the contract. It is not up to us to know that the costa rica Gov. is going to take to long and all the other things Iv heard to shut me up. They told me I could not get my money back so if Any attorney that knows this case and wants to take a client on you can email me at (((ROR REDACTED))).....
