Paragon Security Scammers and No One Should Apply There! Toronto Ontario Canada

I applied for a job for full time and i was hired on the spot. They let me do some floating and then I was told i am going to be placed at a permanent site. After a month I was on my permanent site working each and everyday since my hours were only 4 - 6 hours a day. I was told that this was my job and they couldnt find another place for me. After a few days, I was injured at work and I took a month off due to the injury. 

After a month, when I went there to continue my job, they told me I will be able to work again and they placed me at the same site doing 4 hours a day for 3 days only. Also, they raised the pay for the guards working at the location and i didn't recieve the raise.  I had to travel by car and it took me half an hour to get to work and i also had to PAY FOR PARKING! I made like $44 dollars off a day for work and $10 for parking alone and also gas money. I requested my pay to be raised or to be given more hours to make my commute worth it or atleast pay for the parking and the scheduler didn't care at all nor did he do anything i asked.

After a  month, I got my cheque for 1  weeks and i was paid for 12 hours for $132 and they subracted $88 dollars just for union fees and i was paid only $28 after all the subraction. At this point I was furious and i called one of my coworkers and he told me how they were talking about letting me go after the 6 month probation period. I resigned and i requested my vacation pay and they told me to return the uniform( i paid $400 so now it belongs to me) or else i wont recieve it. I would recommend people to stay away from using their service and to apply for a job as a guard. Don't work for companies which cant treat you like proper employees. 

By the way, I am a supervisor for another security firm as i was hired 2 weeks after i resigned from paragon.
