**DONT WORRY I HAVE CONTACTED THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA AND ALSO FILED A POLICE REPORT AND NOT ONLY IS PARAMAX GOING TO BE CHARGED BUT NOW THAT MOST OF LAS VEGAS, NEVADA KNOWS ABOUT WHAT THESE CON MEN ARE DOING IT WILL BE A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE THIS SCAM GETS TAKEN DOWN AND THE FELONS ARE BACK IN PRISON MAKING LICENSE PLATES.

MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND ARE EXTREMELY WELL KNOWN IN LAS VEGAS, NV AND OUR TESTIMONY AND AFFIDAVITS ARE ALL GOING TO CARRY A LOT OF WEIGHT IN MAKING SURE THESE SCAMS ARE STOPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

 Not exactly.  Last time I refinanced my mortgage it was from a guy in a blue SUV and it was in the Chucky Cheese pizza parking lot.    I thought I was getting a good deal because Chucky Cheese is a name you can trust.   It's says so right on their game tokens.

If I was the judge..I would conclude that the buyer was potentially attempting to purchase stolen goods..not really a good foundation for a case against the scammers. And it can lead to penalties and jail time.

Does a drug addict press charges against the dealer if the crack was no good or overpriced? See my point? This is really no better. I mean how can anyone of sound mind and reason think it is legit or legal to purchase goods from the back of a white van in a parking lot? Did any victims ask to see their business license and tax ID number?

Granted, these scammers NEED to be locked up...but how could they thrive (and they have been for AT LEAST 30 years pulling the same scam all over the USA), if the greedy suckers who purchase the overpriced crap actually used an OUNCE of ethics and common sense?

Call the BBB. Do you really think these con men are concerned about BBB accreditation? Do you really think the BBB will do anything? Do you really think these con men have a real business name or license? Do you understand that the AG office if they have a half a brain... would conclude that if anyone deals with these con men in a white van in a parking lot are in fact perpetuating, condoning and participating in a crime?
