DO NOT GO TO PARK CITIES FORD!!! My car has been in and out of the shop for over 6 months...mostly in... I haven't even driven the car enough for an oil change. Over $17000 in repairs and my car is still not fixed!!! Horrible service. I am literally having to diagnose my own problems. I am a female that works in the medical field...not a mechanic! And yet I am having to tell them what needs to be fixed. After taking my car in almost 10 times my car is still not fixed. DO NOT GO TO PCF!!!!!!!
