They showed up once in the two attempts to get assistance. Both times they called me Dan when my name is Ralph....close!
Second appointment was a no show. When I called them to find out why they weren't coming, they said I had no appointment on their books.
I got another plumber to come out immediately and was told that Parker & Sons is overpriced and not very reliable.
I refuse to give out the other plumber's name since this was in confidence.
Regardless, I will never use Parker and Sons and will never recommed them to anyone, not even an enemy, which I don't think I have any at this time.
Terry O needs to get more informed as to whom she refers to as quick, dependable and affordable. Tofixit.com sucks.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with us. I did some research and found out that we had your phone number linked to another account, which explains the wrong name.
I am very sorry you had a bad experience with us, it is far from the norm. As for being expensive and doing bad work, we have never claimed to be cheap because cheap and high quality never go together. We are very competively priced and have recieved numerous worksmanship awards including: Torch Award for business ethics from the BBB and Ranked third in arizona from arizona business magazines Ranking Arizona.
I am sorry we have lost your business and hope you might give us a second chance in the future as you will not regret it.
