Parker marine Poor workmanship and policy's paris Tennessee

Bought a rebuilt outboard engine , after taking back 7 time (80 mile round trip) they said we will give you your money back and put your old engine back on . bought a powertrim unit for the old engine ( the reason i was replacing did not want to fix the small engine ) took it to the lake and noticed the trim didnt work properly took back to marina . they called a few days later and said they will give me my money back again because the trim unit was defective and they didnt have another .
