Parking Enforcement Systems, Inc. Andy Towing cars around town and will not release unless they get $310. cash only I offered $300. they refused. Would not take credit cards. Extremely rude on top of that! Birmingham, Alabama

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This is just reporting a boot and tow company that is somehow legal in the city of Birmingham, Alabama. They stake out parking lots and will boot or tow your car. I parked in the same space Ive parked in for years and did not see small hidden sign. They informed me that I could not get car unless I paid $300 cash. They would not accept credit cards. I finally was able to get out $300 minimum from bank (even tho I did not have it) and the man said no - has to be $310. Extremely rude on top of everything else. Can not believe this is legal! I know they enjoy ripping people off!

Hey mister 47 pct. why are you blaming the towing company. You parked in a parking lot that had no parking signs displayed there, no matter how small the signs were.
You should have looked for the signs before parking there.
I hope you learned a 310.00 lesson that says "I promise fromnow on I will look for the signs, no matter how small they are before I park there. Even If I have parked there for years and never got towed".
Sorry no sympathy for you here. BWASAAAAAAAAA.
