Although a minor issue I'm still peeved about it. Park'N Fly at YVR the Vancouver International Airport is charging 60% more then the YVR Long Term parking lot and not posting their actual rate. The scam works like this. The rate posted in their reception is $17.95 per day. However, the rate is not including a 35% tax. (Port Tax and HST). So the effective rate is $24 per day.
So you are in for a nasty surprise when you return to get your car!
Other lots post their rate taxes included. The YVR Long Term parking lot is $16 per day all taxes included as of Mar 2011.
Even if you print the Park'N Fly discount coupon their rate is still higher than Long Term Parking.
