Parkwood Lending LOOKS LIKE A SCAM - PARKWOOD LENDING Miami Florida

I was contacted by Henry from Parkwood Lending that I was approved for a loan. He said that it was from a private lender and that I would have to put up $1,400 in collateral and wire it with Moneygram to Nadine Stokes in Minton New Brunswick, she works for the private lender and would pick the wire up personally. Henry then told me that I should have my $10,000 loan in cash deposited in my account within 24 hours. I got a call the next day from Stanley that the private lender did an assessment and they needed more collatoral down and that the collatoral would act as my first year payment and I would not have to make a payment until June 2009. I was to wire another $1,400 the same way to Nadine Stokes in Canada. I did this and was told that was it, my $10,000 loan would be deposited in my account within 24 hours. I got a call the next day from Stanley that the private lender pulled out and there will be no money for me. He then said that they are legally going after the private lender to get my refund of the $2,800 I wired and if they could not they (Parkwood Lending) would cut me a check. (ha) All to be done July 1, 2008. We will see. Looks like a scam. Here is what I have found out further. The address does not exist. If you do an airial view of the address it is a bunch of trees. The fax number does not exist. They are not registered with the Better Business Bureau. I looked up Nadine Stokes in New Brunswick close the the moneygram location and there is one listed with no address and the phone number for her is disconnected. They set up thier toll free number through easytelcanada under the name Josh Talmer. Easytelcanada told me if this number is being used for fraudelant purposes that the authorities need to contact Erik Schwartz at EasytelCanada, Loss Prevention 416-848-9700.
