Partners Financial is a collection agency that primarly collects on truck driver student loans.  They have other stuff also, but it is a small operations.  Wally E Overstreet the owner (Millioniare) has 3 hitler's as there managment.  Bill McNabb, Holly McNabb and Jay Mullins.  They look like rejects which is not big issue, but to lie to their employees is an issue.  This agency if they do not like you, they will fack a loss of contracts and tell you that you are being laid off, that when business picks up then they will re-hire you.  They avoid any legal issue by pulling this stunt.  They laid me off because I asked for a above average dollar amont per hour and they gave it to me by accident.  So the laid me off to correct the issue.

Labor Laws violation:  They are a small operations, but yet have problems with there network system.  So the computers are down, a lot.  So guess what they do.  They make you clock out and sit and wait for the computers to come back on line.  It could be hours.  Then if too long your sent home.  No pay for you!

They do vioate a few FDCPA collection laws also, but they are minor.  Still they do what they want.  I have called, written, and emailed Jay Mullins requested my job back as I was laid off to just being ignored.

I seeking a lawyer that would be interested in filing a lawsuit against this company in my behalf.

If they will steal from their employees they sure can't be trusted by consumers or clients

This is a typical scumbag collection agency that does not follow the laws that were set up to protect consumers from criminal organizations like Partners Financial Service that ruin otherwise good peoples credit ratings by reporting bogus debts from less than credible organizations.

Potential Clients/ Lenders think twice before you consider anything this organization posts to the credit bureaus. They are the scum of the earth.

One last thing if you are a victim of this company. A sample cease and desist letter, fill in the blanks and send it to these slime bags. Understand they will break the law and we can all join in a class action law suit against them.
