Parts Supply Corporation Still waiting for my parts after almost a year from original order Fennville, Michigan

I ordered parts from Bob at Parts Supply Corporation in June of 2011.  As of February 2012 I still have no recieved all the parts. Daily phone calls do nothing. Bob has no answers for me and tells me there is no way to track my order and he says."When their in their in and then I will ship them."

I have made over 100 calls to them and it seems as if it is business as usual for them. He makes no excuses and offers no solutions.

After 8 months and only recieving a small portion of my order, he says he is going to cancel the rest of my order because he doesnt want my business and he has other customers to take care of that dont call him every week checking on their orders as if I am the problem. DO NOT order parts from this company! Yes thier prices are good but good luck getting your order.  DO a little research and you will find that this is not an isolated case.
