I ordered 4 parts from this company and 3/4 of the order arrived, but they canceled the last piece.

Unfortunately, they canceled one part and did *NOT* refund my shipping.  Essentially this is a bait and switch where I got charged Shipping for 4 items, but only shipped 3 items.

I argued with CC company, but partstrain won since they said some lie that customer cancelled orders are not refundable.  I did *not* cancel the order, but parttrain blamed me as if I had.

This company is able to offer low parts, since they operate in a network of 1-15 companies under the US Auto Parts umbrella corporation.  Essentially they are nothing more than marketing campaigns with different websites, but still the same lackluster service.

Customer service is also not really on their list, since e-mails go nowhere and phone calls go unanswered.  It seems legal action is the only way to really get their attention.

The best way to sum up this company is as follow:
"Imagine buying something and being charged full price, yet only receiving 3/4 of said product.  How about paying for a gallon of milk and getting 3/4 a gallon, sound like a good deal?"

I highly recommend against buying from the US Auto parts corporations until they make customer service a priority.  With an online presence this should be easy but it seems they've yet to learn it.
