To make this short in simple. I was literally robbed and basically told to sit down and like it!  I did my research and apparently that was not good enough.  I consulted with the plastic surgeon of this establishment for a tummy tuck procedure.  I was very impressed by his resume and his presence. 

I did not qualify for any of their financing so it was suggested that I could pay down on the procedure until paid in full.  (In hindsight this may have been foolish but this business appeared to be booming and showed no signs of distress).

June 20th thru the 29th I emailed and called; NO RESPONSE! 

Finally someone answered the line and informed me that "she" retrieved my email and passed it along to the attorney who would be reviewing and issuing refunds.  No name of an attorney or firm or contact number.  I asked if you don't have that basic information who exactly did you refer my case to.  She became irate and rushed me off the phone. 

That was the last time anyone answered and if I call today the phone is disconnected in some way. 

I tried reaching out to their other facilities--same thing.

I need to sue these people.  I want my $3K back.
