Passpets speak for those who can't even if they are four legged creatures Springfield Illinois

I can't help but try to do something to help improve the living condtions for the animals at PASSPETS. If there is any way that more of us humans can speak out for these creatures maybe things will change for them.

I was shopping at the mall last month and as I passed PASSPETS I noticed the stores front display window had caught my attention (It wasn't the kittens inside the display window) I couldn't believe the flith that was covering the inside of the window, from feces to clumps of cat hair covering both the floor and window with a full liter box.

This led me to go inside the store and from that point on I have not been able to forget what I saw in most of the cages. A puppy that was trying so hard to get water out of a water dispenser that was completely empty,small puppies without mats to prevent their paws fron falling thru the slates in the cages,feces that the puppies were laying on,no stimulation for the puppies not a toy in site,litter boxes full,empty food bowls,etc.. its just endless.

I reported this to one of the workers that didn't seen enterested the least bit. I also reported this to the another agency and didn't get a response. So I'm asking for help from fellow animal lovers PLEASE, file your complaints with White Oaks management and Depart of Ag so we as people can help out our four legged creatures, they we our help. With the money the store is making off of the sale of these animals one would think they can afford a decent living enviroment
