Pastors Carlos & Nancy Advincola Sr. We been a resident at Edenwald Houses for 11 years, with 3 years without a lease, terrible living condictions and as of today at 3:45 in the afternoon, 2 ghetto like thuds brought to our home in a hos Bronx,, New York

Good Evening:

We're Pastors Carlos & Nancy Advincola Sir., we've been living at Edenwald Houses for 11 years and 3 of those years we haven't been given a lease, the entire building had intercoms installed but us, our rent is on time EVERY MONTH; however this is what occurred at 3:45 in the afternoon ... You be the judge if this is a violation of our Civil Rights?

As you know NYCH Authority has 1 billion dollars of unspent federal funds that no one wants to give any account on. Now my family which consist of my husband of 24 years of Marriage, our 4 sons(3 in college & 1 in high school) and myself.
 
This afternoon at 3:45 two of  individuals of the Edenwald housing office, one housing case worker and the other street thud, filing clerk had the nerve the bang at our door, force upon my husband Carlos & me some bogus papers that they create at the Edenwald Housing office without the main office at 250 Broadway having any knowledge. When they saw that we asked them whom sent them and why, the file clerk in a harassing and violent manner attempted to attack my husband in the presence of our 4 sons and myself. Is Edenwald Management office trying to get rent paying tenants like my husband and myself to recoup the 1 billion dollars through us?
 
The "bogus" documentation states that as of Sept. 30, 2012 we'll be evicted. Now, allow us to ask you Sir a few questions? How can a tenant be evicted if they're rent is paid on time, if they've handed in all the correct documentation, we've lived here for 11 years and it's also been 3 years since Edenwald Housing office has handed or mailed us a lease. Tell me, who's rights are being violated? One more question we'd like to ask you? Why did Edenwald Housing office install intercom in every apartment in the building where we live, except us? Isn't that a violation? Check our records and you'll see that our rent is ALWAYS on time?
 
This is a personal vendetta the Edenwald Management Office has with us; because we've gone through the proper channels in order to address the above issues and more; however the Edenwald Management Office is staff has a ghetto mentally and their unwilling to conduct themselves as professionals. The managers are constantly being transferred becuse of their misuse of funds and the housing case workers are a poor excuse of individuals that are supposed to interact with the public. One more thing, we've been living here at Edenwald Houses watching the way kithen materials are stored away on housing grounds and the kitchens are a mess ... What are they doing with the materials? Why to have meetings in the Edenwald Community Center and publicly state that the kitchens with be remodeled year after year; but nothing is done. What's going on? Is Edenwald Management Office selling the long awaited and stored away materials? The bathrooms were remodeled and they contracted thugs to do the job and the materials they used are full of mode and unheathly substances. You be the judge?
