i "worked" for pat rockstroh and she is a murderer she is a puppy mill and her animals not only the dogs live no type of life ......i hope like she shot the one dog in the head she could maybe feel 1/2 that pain he did before the bullet got him....rip paradise you big choc. boy that is not the only dogs suffering there....creme puff i know your ears hurt and they run red and she still breeds you and makes you stay in them cages and leaves you wet and stinky.....i vow never to forget you and i will never stop trying to stop this cruel treatment..... i have more stories i have photos i have talked to the police and DNR and AKC she gets around them every time some how....i have seen her move puppies from one mom and dad with a different mom and they get papers under that mom not the real one...her pedigrees are a lie she does inbreed and she don't have no training done or they are not raised with kids all her kids are grown and till the day the pups go home they are in a cage they sleep in a outside kennel where water is shot at them why the "worker" clean the place!! with bleach and other harsh chemicals.....i can go on and on but for what people don't stop listening to her lies and keep buying from her i have many witness to all this please please hear me when i say don't do business with this lady!

After reading the rebuttles I felt I should add a few things. My first cocker was suppose to be a "mini"; however, after extensive research I found out there is no such breed, There are petites and standard. This was not a big deal, but when she started having siezures it concerned me. My vet said it could just be a fluke so keep an eye on her. Teddy is going to be five on Halloween this year and I have had her spayed so she cannot pass any bad traits on. Other than that she is ok, she was my first and is still my baby four cockers later.

My second pup was a male bought to breed with Teddy so I would not have to worry about her catching anything from other males. He started out with ear problems, not on the inside but on the ends. I was told it was just because his hair was so thick, but in time I realized sores on his belly and back. I asked the vet and he said it was exima and there was nothing I could do but give him supplements. He is the most lovable little boy and he is four now and neutered so as not to pass on any poor traits.

My third is the one who died last month after surgery. She was very ill when I got her at five weeks old,we thought for sure she would die. She had skin allergies which is not uncommon for cockers, but her overly hyperness was always a concern. She had her last litter in April and died in July, she too was my baby girl. In her litter of eight, seven survived, one of which was blind from birth, we kept him because he was special and looked just like his mom. When he is old enough I will have him neutered as well and his vision is only limited and very hard to tell, probably because he is so loved and spoiled with love.

We have one other cocker who will be two this year from a friend who used my male as a stud, he is the healthiest of all of them and he too has a great personality. He, too, is neutered so there are no chances of any accidental pregnancies.

They are all beautiful dogs and pretty healthy now, but this woman needs to be stopped. Maybe all her litters are not bad, but she obviously never took a vets advise. When my vet said I should not breed anymore because of the things mentioned, I took his advise. I wanted to take her to court over all my family went through not to mention my kids (dogs). I didn't take her because she was such a big business person and seemed to know so much more than me.

I don't care if I never get anything out of this except the knowledge that I helped someone from loving and possibly losing a pet/family member.

Please don't take any chances, a dog's pedigree is no guarantee for perfect health. I gave more pups away than I ever sold and I try to keep in touch with the families. I have been very fortunate to not have had any bad pups.
