We put a deposit down with Tom in the beginning of June. We signed a contract and it seemed pretty legit. It is now the end of August and we have had no work done!!! He called us about a month ago and said he would be in touch the next week to schedule a time to start the work. That was a month ago and we have heard nothing!! This guy looks like a total scumbag and he deifnitely is!!! Do not hire him for anything!!!
