during october 4 me and my brother was 1 day late due to our mom being on her death bed pat and jack came to my house to yell and harass us for 3 hours for being 1 day late during that time we were unable to go to the cities say our last good byes to my mom which passed away during this time we asked him to leave he said its his f**king house i pay the taxes i can come anytime i want well yelling at me and my brother who are disabled adults we tried to inform him he has to give a 48 hour notice

but he wasnt leaving he was still hallering so we asked him to do the walk through so i can check the property of he wouldnt do that when we informed him we were moving out but we need theese repairs done still he yelled at us so we got the city of st cloud to inspect the place on oct 23 2018 on oct 25th he got a huge fix it list we again now trying to be nice informed his office we were moving out at this time roxanne put the message on a note card hence in mind if we leave he wouldnt have to make an

immediate fix on the house since their wasnt any response we spoke to the city on tues nov 6th infront of the inspector we attempted to call him roxanne once again put the nessage on a note card on veterans day nov 12 2018 we got a call informing us by roxanne we had a bill for snow removal on this house but still no lock out check off just a bill so we went to the office to request a copy of this bill and roxanne said she couldnt give me this so knowing this is extortion i called the police pat was still

no where to be scene until roxanne finally called him for the shear fact it seemed to be offensive to threaten legal recourse despite what they are doing to me and my brother so pat arrives and he now pushes the envelope and decides to tell me hes going to make us pay for the time he takes for the city meetings he has for his rental violations all the while he knows im recording him and he goes on to say hes going to make me and my brother pay for the house despite us moving into it on an as is base due to its poor conditions 5 years ago
