I purchased seven powercell machines from patrick wherley in littleton colorado. Communication was scarce and the product arrived one month later than promised. The company had me speak with an individual who stated she was making close to two to three hundred dollars a month on each machine. These machines and the product do not make any money. They promote it to be a great product but it does not sell. Locations that they advertise are next to impossible to get and within months i had to pull several machines. This has been a complete failure from a company that makes it seem so real and profitable. The only ones profitting is patrick selling and promoting garbage and pocketing large amounts of money from produts such as the machines that are way over priced. Every time i called a yound adult would answer a 800 number and would tell me a representative would get back to me. No one ever did. Patrick also told me he was working on a virtual website that would promote sales, I never received any information on this either.

I am , Patrick Wherley, the President of The Energy Company, Inc. I would like to respond to Mark Rosciani. We do not advertise the machines getting any specific locations, as a matter of fact we clearly state in the agreement that we do not get locations. The route owners can work with independent location companies. If they work with a location company they contract and pay the location company separately. The route owner will accept or approve of all locations before installing their machines. We sent out the information the virtual website, we sent this by email directly to Mark. I have also given Mark my direct phone number, he has never called me. I will contact him directly.
