Patriot Moving & Storage Van Lines Inc Moving Company Scam/ Bait And Switch/ This Company Is A Joke Miami/Fort Lauderdale FL

This company is a joke. First of all, when you call the phone number on the site ithis guy name Mark answers and tells you to go to the website. When you go to the website and fill out every single peice that you want moved, about an hour later Mark calls you back.

Mark quoted me a price for all items including my pool table, which was listed on the quote that I filled out online, for $500.00. I told him that I got a lower quote elsewhere and asked if he could match it. Mark then stated that the other company would probably raise my cost the day of the move. He told me that when his company gives you a price quote they dont change it.

I told him that if he would move me for $450.00 then I would do it. He said that I would have to help them in order to get that price. I told him no problem and we agreed to the move.

I move tomorrow. Mark called me today and confirmed the move. I then asked if he was going to take apart the pool table before the move. He told me that he isnt going to move my pool table. He continued to say that he gave me such a great price that if I want the pool table moved then I have to move it myself.

I told him that this isnt what we agreed on, and he said tuff. He told me that if I didnt like it then go elswhere to get someone else to help me. I asked why he was talking like that because this is just business, and he told me to stop wasting his f@#king time, and hung up on me.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, uless you want the unprofessional bait and switch tactics that they used on me.
