 Unfortunately the person writing was not the person I have been talking to in the past year regarding rims and tires and has no insight on what was said over the phone. Unfortunately I talked to Mickey Costen for the length of time that I did TRUST in him regarding the options in size and compatibility to my 2005 Scion BX. He led be to believe that the only Modification that had to be made was to the rims that they were going to deliver to me. This is why they said it would take two weeks for delivery for the customizing, offsetting and drilling can be done. I received an email stating their machine had broken down and there was a small delay on my rims. Once I received the rims, all the components that were needed to install the rims were not with the delivery so that took an additional two weeks. At this time I have spent two weekends taken on and off rims because of lack of parts. Until this day I am missing an insert nut that was mentioned in one of my first emails that went unanswered. After all was said and done my car shakes Violently after I test drove it burned a hole in the wheel well of my new car and all they can say to me was since you drove on them we can't take them back because they are used now. I suggest no one ever by from this company they are completely a rip-off. $2,500.00 I'm stuck paying for shiny oversized paper weights. Regardless of what you claim you were told, I have attached a copy of your signed disclaimer to this email.  You signed this disclaimer acknowledging that modifications might be needed and that they are your SOLE responsibility.  This document CLEARLY releases Patriot's Custom Wheels from ANY and ALL responsibility concerning any modifications your vehicle may need to accomodate the Wheel & Tire package you purchased. The rules of the sale are very specific concerning returns. Once the wheels have been rolled on, they can NOT, under ANY circumstances be returned.  If you need, I can also send you copies of our Terms and Conditions as listed on our web site as well as your signed contract which outlines all of our rights concerning default on the agreement. Please note that if the rims are defective, we will be happy to replace them for you.  If your vehicle requires modifications to accomodate the wheels, the modifications are your responsibility, Mr. XXXXX, as noted by the Disclaimer that you signed.  It's as simple as that. Concerning your ludicrous claim of "breach of contract", the (attached) disclaimer you signed is on file, and clearly we are not in breach.    However, If you fail to make your scheduled payments on the rims we sent you in good faith, you will be in breach of the contract and should that occur, we are fully prepared to execute our rights under this legal binding contract to the fullest extent of the law, including but not limited to obtaining judgment and garnishment of your wages until the account is paid in full. I sincerely hope that we can get this issue resolved in a satisfactory manner for all parties involved.
