Paul Delorenzo aka "The Captain of Concrete" More like scumbag of concrete took several thousand dollars from us to complete a inground pool and backyard patio.  After  years of fighting to get the job complete, we had to have another contractor step in and redo alot of his deplorable work.  Most of the concrete flaked and cracked,  the coloring and sealer peeled off and the roof leaked.   After researching him on pennsylvania e dockets app I found out this isn't his first rodeo.  First off he is a covicted felon, habitual bad check writer,  he feels a pennsylvania drivers license isn't necessary to drive in the state of pennsylvania. I am sure there are others out here and we would love to hear about your nightmare with "the captain"
