Paul Iwankowski,Wellington asset Management,Costa Rica Scammed Millions of dollars in Costa Rica Real Estate Fraud! Parkland, Florida

My Wife and I decided to buy a parcel of land in which was phase2 of 3 phases just outside of the surf town Jaco. Wellington Asset Management also known as Wamcr seem like one of those developments you could trust especially working with Stuart Title a well known company world wide! Wamcr.com offers a 500$ incentive if you come down to check out 2 of the developments going on.....Columbus Heights and Vista Pacifica Heights. We met with A sales rep and looked at the Vista Pacifica property in which we ended up paying 120,000 for a lot with partial ocean view.

We were told that most of the permits were through and construction would begin within a year! several month later the roads were being put in along with water.....pics on the web to show you the progress! In 2010 we noticed pics had stopped and nobody in the office had a clue what was going on! Finally the owner of the development "Paul Iwankowski" calls us with updates, the entrance has to be moved due to environmental restrictions......that was the last we heard!

Five years later we are receiving calls from people all across the country who invested with this company only to say they lost there retirement! There were 4 homes built but had no power so some investors lost twice as much! Please this guy has to be taken down before others are scammed of their hard saved earnings. We all thought our investments were safe 4-5 hundred of us and yet we were all fooled. Please be extra cautious when you are dealing with investments like these. Thank-you
