This so called person he calls a landlord is mistaken himself as a slumlord. He acts all nice and kind when he shows you his places. Says he keeps them all up to date and in mint condition, has a maintenance man on call 24/7, makes false promises to you and then you seem to have misunderstood him when things are not what they were told as. He will torment you about eviction, not answer calls, put the blame one someone else, complain he has 70 units to deal with he cant make everyone happy and in all reality he leave a drunk old man to deal with his dirty work that he calls his maintenance man that is now disabled from "falling off a roof." This SLUMLORD should loose his rental license. Do yourself a favor and find some other place to live that you at least have a chance to live a nice peaceful time at without the hassle and threats from this old, grumpy, degrading, sweetheart and dear calling lowlife that has nothing better to do then to drive around and sit in his car in the driveway and send his "maintenance" man in to do whatever and then drive by and harasses you if he sees you outside. He won’t even take the garbage bins to the back if he stops by he expect his tenants to do everything. Just an all around horrible landlord
