We bid $700.00 on some Avaya Telephone Equipment. We made arrangements to send them half the money ($350.00). They were supposed to send us the equipment, then we would send them the other $350.00. I sent them the check, which they acknowleged receiving, and cashed it. Since then, their phone has been diconnected & they are not replying to the many emails I have sent them regarding this situation. Any help in recovery and/or prosecution in this matter would be greatly appreciated!!! We are a very small business & $350.00 is not a lot for some people, but I it is to us!
